Used, This limited edition Alex Zanardi Edition NSX is one of 50 ever produced. This is vehicle #37. It has 5227 original miles, has never been in the rain, has never been on a track, and has never been in an accident. Available only as a hard-top coupe, the signature series NSX took its name from two-time CART open-wheel racing championship driver, Alex Zanardi. Each of the 50 Zanardi NSXs is identified by a numbered, brushed aluminum, signature plaque engraved with Alex Zanardi's signature and located on the rear firewall between the driver and passenger seat head rests. Zanardi himself took delivery of the first one when it went on sale in March, 1999. Built exclusively for the US market, the Zanardi took Acura's all-aluminum sports car to new levels of exclusiveness with a signature series model that came with a number of distinctive features. These included revised suspension, red-stitched interior trim with suede-like seating surfaces, aluminum-mesh intake covers, titanium-finished center console and door inserts, and an exclusive Formula Red exterior color completed the package. Stock Zanardi NSXs are 54 lbs lighter than standard NSX coupes with power steering and 149 lbs lighter than Targa versions.
