Used, This 2008 GMC Denali, Tjaarda Armored (PSV) Personal Security Vehicle was styled by legendary designer Tom Tjaarda and has been used as a show vehicle to demonstrate different configurations of armored glass. The windshield and the drivers side windows are equipped with 32mm Isoclima armored glass and the passenger side is equipped with 42mm Isoclima armored glass and is a NIJ Class III armored vehicle specifically designed and engineered for the civilian marketplace. It is equipped with the 6.2L V8 403hp engine, a performance exhaust system, Navigation, Rear Entertainment System, Heated Seats, Premium Sound System and 20 inch forged aluminum wheels with run flat tires. The two tone leather interior provides an upgraded comfort level over a stock Denali, but the true enhancements to the Tjaarda PSV are the superior brakes and specially engineered Suspension. Designed by MultiMatic from Canada (supplier to Ferrari, Aston Martin, and Ford racing) the brakes and suspension are specifically manufactured to accommodate the additional weight of an armored vehicle. The Tjaarda PSV, with its additional +/- 2500lbs of armoring, will outperform and out handle a stock GMC Denali which is evidenced by a .89g in skid pad testing......
